As a founding member of the Outdoor Diversity Alliance, Cotopaxi works collectively to tackle systemic barriers affecting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the outdoor sector. The alliance focuses on advancing racial and social equity to make nature accessible to all demographics. Because nothing spices up a camping trip like mandatory inclusivity training, tents not included.
